Question: What are the suction levels?
Answer: There are two suction levels for this unit. High & Low with fast shut off. This product is specifically designed for newborns for gentle and effective suction. Do not expect excessive suction strength.
Question: What do I do if I can't extract mucus from my child's nose due to mucus size/thickness?
Answer: Use a few drops of saline solution and gently massage the nose before using the aspirator to help reduce the thick mucus secretions in the sinuses and nose. Wait at least 1 minute and then insert and nasal tip of the aspirator, turn on a suction level and move in a circular motion.
Question: Is this product dishwasher safe?
Answer: Only the reservoir & tips for this unit are dishwashable (Top shelf only).
